Panayotis Mouaimis
Position: Founder - Senior Partner
Panayotis Mouaimis was born in Paralimni, Famagusta District, Cyprus, on 9 November 1954.
He was admitted as Advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in 1980.
He studied law at Athens University, Law School (LL.B) and he obtained an LL.M degree on Company Law and Insurance Law at London University, King's College London. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and Limassol Bar Association.
He successfully completed an official examination in November 2015 and has become a duly licensed insolvency practitioner pursuant to the Cyprus Insolvency Practitioners Law enacted on 7 May 2015.
Panayotis's professional interests focus on company law, banking and finance law, business and commercial law (both local and international) and insolvency law.
Panayotis has considerable experience on corporate and finance transactions, re-organizations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency, advising banks and corporate clients on a number of issues including preparation and negotiation of legal documentation. Panayotis's experience includes acting as Cyprus counsel to leading international financial institutions.
